Creative Design

Our design process starts early at the beginning of each year for the forthcoming Christmas card season. We review the popularity of the previous season’s catalogue, card designs & website. Then we begin creating our new range. We aim to capture the spirit of Christmas in each design, and in different styles. This allows you, the customer, to have a choice of designs which match your own personality & preferences. We always welcome feedback so we can offer you the best catalogue, card range & website possible.

Customer Services

All is prepared for the launch of a new Christmas card season in July. Our customer services team gear up to handle your enquiries & orders. Additional catalogue requests, card samples & help with proofing your personal greeting are all part of our service. Many of our loyal customers place their orders well before Christmas to take advantage of the early order discounts. It’s always exciting to see which card designs take the lead in the initial orders. If you wish to use you own card design or image, we will help you.

Throughout the season our aim is to impress you with a friendly, efficient service. We take care of every aspect of your order, ensuring you are delighted with the outcome. Workshop

Once you order is approved, we handle the printing, packing & despatch. With all of our team under one roof, communications & keeping on top of the schedule is easy. Our job is to make sure you receive a top quality card on time every time. We have several checks in place so your personal message creates the right impression. Printing your company logo in colour or your own card design is always checked very carefully.

We know you want to make that extra special impact. After printing, we shrinkwrap and pack your cards & envelopes in specific boxes so your order arrives by courier in perfect condition.
